So You Have A Dispute!

On rare occasions disputes arise and it is only fair that aggrieved parties be given the option to make a complaint. It is our interest to protect the credibility of the Accreditation Scheme and therefore all complaints will be dealt with as a priority. We have set up a panel of eight independent adjudicators of which three will be randomly used to assess any complaints.

What Happens If Its Proven?

If the complaint is substantiated then Mobile DJ will abide by the outcome of the panel and there are three possible outcomes depending on the severity of the incident and they are as follows:

• The Member Account Is Suspended Permanently
• The Member Account Is Suspended Temporarily
• The Member Account Is Downgraded
• The Member Account Is Flagged With The Incident
